Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of the Zana platform, published by Drwintech LTD. By creating an account or using the service, the user unreservedly accepts these terms.

1. Purpose

Zana is a logistics operating system that enables businesses and institutions to create, dispatch, track and invoice deliveries, manage a fleet and access operational reports.

2. Account and eligibility

The service is intended for professionals, businesses and institutions. The user warrants that they have the capacity and authorisations required to bind the entity they represent and to provide accurate, up-to-date information.

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for any activity carried out from their account.

3. Use of the service

The user undertakes not to:

• use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;

• compromise the security or integrity of the platform;

• circumvent access-control or billing mechanisms;

• collect or misuse other users' data.

4. Payments, subscriptions and quotas

Certain features rely on subscriptions and delivery quotas. Payments are processed via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money) and, where applicable, by licensed payment providers acting as independent controllers or processors.

Amounts due, quota overages and refund terms are governed by the subscribed plan and the pricing policy in force. Save where the law provides otherwise, amounts paid are non-refundable beyond the cases provided for.

5. Availability and service levels

Drwintech LTD uses reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of the service. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or external causes. Any service-level commitments (SLA) are defined in the applicable plan.

6. Intellectual property

The platform and its components remain the exclusive property of Drwintech LTD. The user is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use, limited to the duration of their subscription.

7. Client data

Data entered by the user (recipients, addresses, orders) remain their responsibility. Drwintech LTD processes them as a processor for the provision of the service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Drwintech LTD's liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages and shall not exceed the amounts paid by the user over the last twelve months.

9. Suspension and termination

Drwintech LTD may suspend or terminate access in the event of breach of these terms, non-payment or fraudulent use. The user may terminate their subscription in accordance with the terms of the subscribed plan.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Rwanda. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Kigali, subject to applicable mandatory rules.
